Granite United Way Receives $175,000 Donation from Eversource Foundation and Employee Donations
Local families across New Hampshire and Windsor County, Vermont will receive expanded support thanks to a $175,000 donation presented to Granite United Way. The contribution comes directly from the generosity of Eversource employees through their annual workplace giving campaign, coupled with matching support from the Eversource Foundation.
This critical financial support helps Granite United Way invest in high-impact community programs focused on:
Housing Security: Keeping local families in safe, stable homes.
Healthy Communities: Expanding access to essential healthcare and wellness resources.
Financial Stability: Providing adults and families with tools to achieve financial independence.
Youth Opportunity & Family Support: Funding local initiatives that mentor youth and empower parents.
The contribution is part of a regional $2.6 million effort raised over the past year by Eversource employees and the Eversource Foundation to strengthen United Way organizations across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

Beyond foundation grants, Eversource team members demonstrate continuous commitment to local community care. During a recent six-week annual fundraising campaign, Eversource employees and retirees raised more than $1.2 million for charitable causes. Hundreds of employees also volunteered hands-on time with United Way initiatives across their service region.
